I have bought an S60 a couple of years back and wanted to get an SUV this time. Everything was looking great until Eric Kulawczyk promised to deliver what I wanted and well I called back after a week and nothing, I called 2 weeks later and I got nothing but BS, all kinds of excuses and the typical BS. I wasted my time and became extremely aggravated with the lack of communication from the promises of this guy Eric Kulawczyk I recently took my S60 for service and after taking it for new tires, I noticed that the bottom engine splash guard was missing.

I contacted the dealer and after a couple of weeks of the BS I have told everyone that I know what had happened and encourage everyone to buy somewhere else. Whatever happened to customer service!!!! I will tell you You suck!!!! Shame on you!!! Other Employees Tagged: Eric Kulawczyk. Paul Leary and all the employees were terrific. Paul listened to what I was looking for then explained the options available.

A Christmas Carol — The Musical - MATINEE

He let me take a car for a ride to my house which was helpful. He handled everything very carefully and professionally and took the time needed. I would recommend Smythe to other people. Taking the time to help you select the best Volvo for your needs is what we do because we want you to have exactly the right one!

Thanks for taking the time to review us and complimenting Paul - he's a true professional. I was very impressed with the friendliness and responsiveness of Mike Mitchko in Parts as well as Michael Watson and Regina in Service.

Ep.20 Carol Smythe

Nice to see that there are still some very professional and motivated dealership staff around in these days of high turnover and disinterested dealership employees. So well said. Thank you. Mike, Regina and Michael are all confident people who enjoy what they do and where they work. Your words are greatly appreciated and rewarding for all of us. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. Have dealt with Smythe Volvo for 3yrs now and have them to be very professional. Bob Cerza was the salesman and could not be more impressed.

I never felt under pressure at all and we got the best possible deal for our budget. Will recommend in a heartbeat both Bob and Smythe Volvo and look forward to our continuing our relationship. This is a rewarding review for all of us at Smythe Volvo to read. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Bob's relaxed personality is well suited for helping customers choose the right car for them. We appreciate your business.

Thanks for the shout out to the service department too! For the past 20 years we have bought our Volvo vehicles and always had the vehicles serviced at Smythe Volvo of Summit. The level of customer service and satisfaction has only gotten better. We have worked with Dennis most of the time, but each and every staff member is a winner. Truly a resounding vote of confidence. Thank you for posting such a glowing review. Customers like yourself make our job a pleasure to do. I wish to commend the Service Department at Smythe Volvo of Summit, NJ, for both their exquisite care of my vehicle but also the exquisite professionalism that their service agents exhibit in general.

I've always been treated with respect, and they never mis-represent the repairs needed on my Volvo. The entire service team deserves commendation for the way they work together as a unit. Their waiting area also has a relaxing Scandinavian atmosphere, and is well-supplied.
